Do we come to you?Yes, our service is a mobile car wash and detail service. On our scheduling site, provide the detailed information.

Can we provide services for multiple vehicles during one visit?Yes, please specify that on the scheduling site.

Do we speak Spanish?Se hablamos Espanol.

Do we service vehicles with car seats?Yes, we do however we remove the car seat for cleaning but you are responsible for safely attaching the car seat back to the vehicle. We do not for liability purposes.

What payments types do you accept?We accept all major Credit and debit cards, cash app or zelle.

Am I entitled to a refund if I do not like the service?We do not allow refunds of any kind. If concerns arise with the services please speak with the auto detailer, as we will try our best to resolve.

Can I reschedule my appointment due to rain or bad weather conditions?If you schedule your appt and it rains during the allotted time, you can re-schedule up to two times, free of charge. We can also reschedule the appt at our leisure, based on the weather.

Am I required to be onsite while the service is taking place?No. However, please be available or have someone whom is available at least 30 mins prior to appt to provide keys to vehicle.
